Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in certain cases — such as an abandoned match or cancelled event — the bet amount is automatically refunded. If Cash Out is available in live betting, you can withdraw part or all of your stake before the match ends.

40i uses decimal odds. Multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return. For example: ৳100 bet × 2.5 odds = ৳250 total return (profit ৳150). The higher the odds, the lower the probability of winning — but the greater the reward.

A parlay or multi-bet lets you combine multiple matches into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to pay out, but the potential reward is significantly higher. If even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. It's a popular strategy among experienced bettors — beginners are better off starting with single bets.

Security & Privacy

Yes, 40i uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. Our servers undergo regular security audits, and your data is never shared with third parties except where legally required.

Go to Account Settings → Security and enable "Two-Factor Authentication." You'll receive an OTP on your mobile each time you log in. Even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to access your account with 2FA turned on. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended.
